These two videos, and the photo below are of a Dwarf Leopard Gecko that we had for about 3 years. She looked and acted healthy up until the day she died. She died very suddenly, and of unknown causes. There may have been some genetic defects other than her dwarfism.
This is a photo of her when she was just a hatchling. Notice that instead of having two dark bands across her back, she just has one. I noticed that when I first saw her in the incubator, before I even noticed how short she was.
